How We Use Your Information

Our primary purpose in collecting and using your personal information is to provide you with a safe and effective way to purchase vouchers in an online environment. To do this, we may use personal information collected through the Website for the specific purposes for which the information was collected, to process purchases and sales of products offered via the Website, to contact you regarding products and services offered by us, our parent, subsidiary and other related companies and our trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners, and otherwise to enhance your experience with us and such affiliates, independent contractors and business partners. If you ever receive information or communication from us that is unwanted, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of our communications.

Sharing or Disclosing your Personal Information

The most common usage of the Website is to purchase a voucher to a third party business. We act as a facilitator between you and a third party, enabling you to purchase a voucher for that third party business. We reserve the right to share your full name, email address, city and state with third party businesses or organizations for which you have purchased a voucher. For example, if you use the Website to purchase a $50 voucher to Jack’s Steakhouse, we reserve the right to pass along your name, email address, city and state to Jack’s Steakhouse. Once information is passed to a third party business for which you have made a purchase, you are subject to their privacy policy. If you are uncertain of how a restaurant or business will use your personal information, please seek out a privacy policy on their website or contact them directly before making your purchase. We are not liable for the use or misuse of your personal information by third party businesses for which you have purchased a voucher.

We may disclose personal information collected from you to our parent, subsidiary and other related companies, trusted affiliates, independent contractors and business partners who will use the information for the purposes outlined above, as necessary to provide the services offered through the Website and to provide the Website itself, and for the specific purposes for which the information was collected. We may disclose personal information at the request of law enforcement or governmental agencies or in response to subpoenas, court orders or other legal process, to establish, protect or exercise our legal or other rights or to defend against a legal claim or as otherwise required or allowed by law. We may disclose personal information in order to protect the rights, property or safety of a user or any other person. We may disclose personal information to investigate or prevent a violation by a user of any contractual or other relationship with us or the perpetration of any illegal or harmful activity. We may also disclose aggregate, anonymous data based on information collected from users to investors and potential partners. Finally, we may disclose or transfer personal information collected from users in connection with or in contemplation of a sale of our assets or business or a merger, consolidation or other reorganization of our business.

We will not sell or rent your personal information to any third parties without your explicit consent.

Information We Store

It is necessary for us to collect payment card and personal information in order to authorize the release of funds from your payment card provider. While we must collect this information to successfully process a payment card transaction, not all of this information is stored on our servers after the completion of your order. We store your email address, an encrypted password that allows you to access your account within our system, your first and last name, your city, and your state. We do not store your street address, your phone number, or your payment card number, expiration date, or PIN. Payment card and street address information is given to us each time you make a purchase in the Website. This information is passed to the payment card company through a secure encrypted gateway for authorization and is not subsequently saved on our servers.

How We Protect your Information

In order to make a purchase on the Website, you must disclose personal information to us. We appreciate your trust in giving us this information, and we take steps to protect your personal information. We will only store personal information that is deemed by us to be necessary to provide our services and for maintenance of your user account in our system. We use tools such as encryption and passwords to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and disclosure. We limit access to your personal information. Despite our very best efforts to keep your information secure, third parties may attempt to maliciously access our system or intercept your information. Due to these outside threats, we cannot guarantee that your personal information will remain private 100% of the time.

Correcting, Updating, Accessing or Removing Personal Information

If your personal information changes, or if you no longer desire to receive non-account specific information from us, we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update and/or remove your previously-provided personal information. This can be done by emailing a request to us at mockup1369343804@instagift.com. Additionally, you may request access to your personal information as collected by us by sending a request to us as set forth above. Please note that in certain circumstances, we may not be able to completely remove your information from our systems. For example, we may retain personal information for legitimate business purposes, if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law or as retained in our data backup systems or cached or archived pages. All retained personal information will continue to be subject to the terms of the Privacy Policy to which you previously agreed.
