Come celebrate Octoberfest, Silvertron-Style. They’re bringing together Avondale Brewing Company and Good People Brewing Company for a night of dishes cooked with and served with the best of Birmingham’s local craft beers.

First course:
Kolsch Sautéed Shrimp and Crab Stuffed Roasted Portobello Mushrooms
Beer Pairing: Kolsch – Avondale Brewing

Second course:
IPA Risotto
Beer Pairing: IPA – Good People

Third course:
Pork Ribs and Sausage Stew
Beer Pairing: Brown – Good People

Dessert course:
Birramisu’ (Tiramisu’ made with beer!!)
Beer Pairing: Vanilla Porter – Avondale Brewing
