In a casually chic setting, Silvertron Café serves up a menu of palette-pleasing flavors while monthly expanding gourmands' palettes through educational wine-pairing dinners that are sure to take you on a journey straight to the greatest vineyards in the world.

Pasta course:
Carbonara

Brasato al barbera con polenta

Dessert course:
Salami al cioccolato.
Chocolate salamis (no meat involved – wait and see!)
