Professor's Steakhouse & Saloon is a full service restaurant & bar. A Hays icon since the '70s, Professor's has adopted a completely fresh menu concept and strives to deliver only the best home cooked cuisine. We hand bread all of our appetizers, prepare sauces and dressings and proudly serve homemade green bean dumpling soup, chili and BBQ sauce.

The atmosphere is nostalgic and unique featuring 3 dining areas that will accommodate any group. The staff is dedicated to providing outstanding service and will "go the extra mile" to please our guest. Professor's is also proud to be recognized as one of the "8th Wonders of North Western Kansas Cuisine." We are the ONLY restaurant in Hays to receive this honor.
