If you attempted to print your voucher, it did not print and is now showing as inactive - please submit a support ticket or e-mail support@instagift.com. Don't forget to include the voucher's seven digit code number.
I accidentally purchased more vouchers than I wanted. What can I do?
If you find that you purchased one or more vouchers too many, please submit a support ticket or e-mail support@instagift.com as soon as possible. We can void the voucher and issue a refund to your credit card.
When can I use my voucher?
Unless otherwise noted in "The Fine Print" you can use your voucher immediately!
Can I get a refund?
We can provide a refund for an unused voucher within 5 days from the time of purchase. In addition, we will provide a refund if you are unable to redeem a voucher because an advertiser is no longer in business, provided that your voucher has not expired. If you have had a bad experience or an issue with redemption submit a support ticket or send an email to support@instagift.com. We will do our best to assist you and address your concerns. In addition, please view the refund section in our Terms of Service.
