The Pub Menu at J. Clyde is filled with all sorts of deliciousness! Starters include items like Beer Cheese Spread - smoked cheddar cheese, gruyere, ground cayenne, gpbc snake handler, fried pita chips; Fried Green Tomatoes - fresh green tomatoes, cornmeal crust, remoulade dressing and - arugula, toasted pine nuts, shaved parmesan, duchesse de bourgogne vinaigrette. You will also find Pizzas, like the Angry Cajun - andouille, red bell peppers, white wine mushrooms, arugula, crystal hot sauce; Burgers like the J. Clyde Burger - hereford grass fed burger topped with a fried green tomato, alabama goat cheese, remoulade sauce and Sandwiches like the Van Dammewich - grilled bratwurst, abc vanillaphant port onions, gruyere, shaved brussels sprouts with mac and cheese.

J. Clyde also offers a seasonal dinner menu that includes tasty items like Catfish Meuniere - cornmeal breaded Alabama farm raised catfish, smoke gouda grits, collard greens, Louisiana crawfish, and brown butter sauce and Pork Cheek Tacos - braised compart pork cheeks, guacamole, pico de gallo, fresh cilantro.

Saturday and Sunday brunch hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here's what's on the menu: Bagel & LoxBrown sugar-cured smoked salmon and a soft boiled egg served on a dill and caper cream cheese-smeared bagel with a choice of seasonal fruit or Gouda grits on the side. The J. Clyde Benedict Biscuit sliced and topped with fried green tomatoes, Hollandaise sauce and poached egg, served with a choice of bacon or sausage. Momma's Bread Basket Made-from-scratch cinnamon rolls and biscuits served with house-made jam. The Klassiker Fudge Family Farms breakfast sausage with two eggs and Gouda grits served with biscuits and béchamel gravy. Goat Cheese Salad Mixed green salad topped with candied pecans, Granny Smith apples and Belle Chevre goat cheese, served with house-made Duchesse De Bourgogne dressing. Crepes a la Beere Sweet mascarpone-filled crepes topped with mixed berry syrup. Fleisch und Kase Quiche House-smoked ham, bacon and cheddar cheese quiche served with a choice of mixed green salad or Gouda grits on the side. Vegetarian Egg Pie Spinach, seasonal mixed vegetables and smoked Gouda served with a choice of a mixed green salad or Gouda grits. Side items include Gouda grits, country potatoes,, bacon or sausage and biscuits and béchamel gravy. Brunch also includes a Bloody Mary bar and beermosas.
