For starters the Brisket Quesadilla with white BBQ sauce & pico de gallo and the Pub Plate choice of sausage, catfish, or shrimp with pimento cheese are popular selections. Daily Boot Sandwich options, which are served with fries, side, and trimmings include the Aundoille Sausage Banger with pimento spread, Fried Catfish Po Boy, Southwest Chicken Salad Wrap, and Slow Cooked Big Al's BBQ Brisket - BBQ Brisket / Slaw / Pickles / Roundhouse just to name a few. The Chargrilled Ground Chuck Burgers are a house favorite at The Boot with burgers that range from a Meyer Ranch Beef Ground Chuck Burger to the Smokey Pimento CheeseBurger, or man up and take "a roundhouse to the face" with the Chuck NorrisBurger.
