Jackson's lunch and dinner menu is filled with flavor with traditional and unique small plates, soups & salads, grill plates, entrees, pizzas, flatbreads, pastas, paninis and more. Just a small sample of tasty items that you might find on the menu include:
Small Plates like Buffalo Feathers - Pulled white-meat chicken flashed in a hot sauce; Conecuh Corn Pups - Mini-corn dogs w/ Conecuh (AL) sausage & whole-grain mustard; Fried Green Tomatoes - cornmeal-breaded and served with horseradish cream sauce. Burgers and Sandwiches like a Bistro Burger - Half-pound ground chuck burger on a Fuego bun; a Pimiento Cheeseburger - Ground chuck w/ house pimiento cheese; the FGT BLT - crisp Kentucky country bacon with fresh romaine and fried green tomatoes and a Philly Cheesesteak - Flank steak sautéed with onions & peppers on baguette.
