Who We Are
Valerie Chastain, LMT, NMT # 3612
Val is a state licensed massage therapist since 2011, with certification in Neuromuscular Therapy. She specializes in Deep Tissue and is certified in Pregnancy Massage. Val has a life-long passion for homeopathic medicine and Eastern Healing practices. She tends organic gardens and has a vast working knowledge of herbology and nutrition.

Mike Disko, LMT, NMT # 3841
Mike is a state licensed massage therapist since 2013 with certification in Neuromuscular Therapy. He spcializes in Deep Tissue and “Pain Therapy”. Mike is a life-long student of World Religions and Spiritualities. He has been meditating since childhood and is well versed in matters of consciousness.

IAN KRUSINSKI, LMT, NMT # 4265
Ian is a state licensed massage therapist since 2015. He is a natural healer, has a vast working knowledge of anatomy and will intuitively know where you hurt, and how to help you. Ian is also an accomplished aromatherapist and is on the path to be a powerful energy healer. Ask him about the awesome jewelry he makes on the side!"
