Event Details:
• Saturday, June 8th at Ross Bridge (open to public) from 9am until 4pm
• Cooks sign in and set up at 8am
• Lighting of the Egg kicks off at 9am
• Food will be available all day. Just walk around from Egg to Egg or grab some grub from Shindigs Food Truck. Enjoy the food and learn techniques/tips!
• Bouncy Town for the kiddos (2 moonwalks)
• Pack a cooler, picnic blanket, chairs, and tents
• Enjoy live music from 12-4pm by the Will Yarbrough Band

Something for the Cooks to Remember:
You are only limited by your imagination! One rule...it must be cooked on the Egg!!! Many of the newbie’s are going to be interacting with you to learn techniques and preparations. Great learning happens when huddled around the Egg! Remember that you are producing sample-sized portions. You are not personally responsible for feeding the entire crowd with each dished cooked. A good rule of thumb is “two bites” or less!

The Fine Print

• Pre-sale Admission Tickets are $10 per person. Ends 6/7 at 11:59pmCST
• Admission on the day of the event is $15 per person. Children 12 and under are FREE
• Bring Your Own Egg Team Registration is $60 (Up to 5 people per team)
• Demo Egg Team Registration is $100 (Up to 5 people per team)

• No Pets Allowed
