Our dishes explore the lands and seas of the Mediterranean basin, from Spain and Italy to Turkey and North Africa. We have talented chefs to prepare memorable meals for you and your guests. We have exotic cocktails and wines from select vineyards the world over.

For six hundred years the Dardanelles, a straight between the Mediterranean Sea and the Black Sea, was the crossroads of the Ottoman Empire. Europe and Asia came to Topkaki Palace in Istanbul to pay homage to the Sultan Suleyman. It was there, that great chefs created this unique cuisine now enjoyed the world over.

The Ottoman Turks took their favorite dishes with them to Spain, Italy, Southern France, Greece and Eastern Europe. Our dishes explore the lands and seas from Spain to Turkey. They are made with fresh ingredients to be healthy and delicious. These are naturally low fat foods cooked with olive oil and homemade yogurt. There are no artificial ingredients or additives.
